Developed by the Department of Technology and Enterprise Business Solutions (TEBS), Monty 2.0 is integrated into the County’s 311 customer service platform. It leverages generative AI technologies from Microsoft and Zammo to process over 3,000 curated knowledge topics, providing residents with accurate and timely information on County services. The chatbot supports multiple languages, including English and Spanish, facilitating broader accessibility. This deployment represents a significant enhancement over the previous version, which was limited to only 20 knowledge topics and two languages.
